Traditional water immersion testing has problems such as high cost, low efficiency, rough results and strong subjectivity. Modern airtightness testing equipment uses gas to simulate water pressure and accurately detects leakage through the principle of pressure drop or flow rate, which has the advantages of high precision, non-destructive testing, scientific data management, etc. It brings quality assurance and commercial value to cell phone manufacturers, and it will be developed in the future towards higher precision, faster speed, and more intelligent direction.
