Can Domestic Airtightness Testers Replace Imported Ones? A Guide to Selecting Equipment: From “Replacing Individual Machines” to “Reducing Costs and Improving Efficiency on Production Lines”

This article explains that the core rationale behind replacing imported equipment with domestically produced airtightness testers has shifted from “low-cost substitution” to “value surpassing.” Taking the Jingcheng Engineering JC-C10005 series as an example, domestically produced equipment has achieved parity with imported counterparts in terms of differential pressure measurement accuracy and has established differentiated advantages in areas such as automation integration, service response speed, and total cost of ownership. Currently, substitution is well established in mainstream mass-production scenarios such as new energy, automotive, and home appliances; only in extreme scenarios such as aerospace does a gap remain.
