This paper discusses the importance and methods of test time adjustment in airtightness testing. Modern airtightness tester can flexibly adjust the test time to meet different standards and product requirements. The traditional immersion method is time-consuming, and the modern testing method realizes second-level precision control through the Precision Engineering equipment, which supports the coexistence of multiple programs and real-time monitoring. Time adjustment helps to balance efficiency and precision, reduce costs, and is the key to improving testing quality and productivity.
