III.Aluminum case voltage test procedure

铝壳耐压测试主要通过 JCGK 耐压测试设备进行,其基本步骤包括:

  1. Prepare the product under test:Assemble the aluminum housed product with the sealing assembly and install it in the fixture mechanism of the instrument.
  2. Connect the air source, air line and circuit:将仪器与工厂气源 0.4~0.8MPa 连接(已内置增压泵),连接电源,并确认气路畅通。设置测试参数:根据被测产品的耐压爆破要求,设置相对应的压力加载参数,例如测试压力、充气速率、测试时间、峰值浮动等。
  3. Start testing:Press the test button, the instrument will automatically carry out the test and display the test results. If the test result meets the requirement, the green light will be on and the interface of the instrument will show OK, then the product is qualified for pressure resistance burst; if it does not meet the requirement, the red light will be on and the interface of the instrument will show NG, then the product is not qualified for pressure resistance burst.
  4. Record test results:The test results are recorded in the historical test records and categorized for storage, and can be exported via USB flash drive and printed by printer in real time.
  5. Maintenance and upkeep:After the test, the instrument needs to be maintained and serviced to ensure long-term stable operation.

After the test is completed, the aluminum shell can be checked for deformation, rupture and other damages under overpressure conditions.
