III. Proper use of the detector

  1. Prepare the product to be tested:Place the product in the tooling fixture and make sure the product surface is dry and clean with no visible damage or breakage.
  2. Connect the air line:Connect the tester to the factory air source and make sure that the fixture and the instrument are in a smooth air path.
  3. Setting parameters:According to the requirements of waterproof grade of the product, set the testing parameters, such as pressure range, test time, leakage amount, etc.

1. Test preparation

Preparation is the basis of testing, we need to ensure that the sample surface is neat and free of defects, so as not to affect the test results. 2. Test operation
